Rub your hands together to generate heat, then place your palms over your closed eyes without applying pressure.
Focus on a point on the floor about 10 feet in front of you. Trace an imaginary figure eight with your eyes for about 30 seconds.
Blink rapidly for a few seconds, then close your eyes and relax for 20 seconds. Repeat this exercise several times to keep your eyes moist and reduce dryness.
Hold your finger a few inches away from your eyes and focus on it. Then, shift your focus to something farther away (10-20 feet) and back to your finger.
Focus on your thumb for 15 seconds, then switch your focus to an object 10-20 feet away for 15 seconds.
Sit comfortably and slowly roll your eyes in a circle, clockwise and then counterclockwise.
Close your eyes and press your palms gently against them. Hold for a few seconds, then release.
