Finding tasty, healthful bread can be difficult. According to a Frontiers in Nutrition study, if you don't eat enough bread, you may not get enough refined grains
The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey found that some US adults had a 10% drop in energy due to avoiding refined grains,

She says "Carbohydrates in moderation is a good thing—it helps give your body energy, especially if you're planning to do any physical activity throughout the day,
Barnes says, "anytime you eliminate an entire food group, you have to be intentional about what you are replacing it with," since the survey's participants'
Barnes says that if you eliminate bread and grains without replacing them with other carbohydrates, you may run out of calories and feel tired.
Barnes recommends eating whole wheat and sprouted grain bread, brown rice, barley, oats, rye, whole grain cereals, and crackers to receive enough grain
"Including these foods regularly [in your diet] will help you get enough fiber, iron, folate, and magnesium, and help you feel satisfied and energized," adds.
